Return, right of withdrawal & guarantee

Return of goods

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return it to us and get your money back, minus the return fee. You have the right to withdraw within 30 days from the date you ordered the product; after this date, it is not possible to return the product.

How to make a return:

If you want to return several products, for example, clothes and a trampoline (over 20 kg), the most expensive return fee will always be charged. As a customer, you are responsible for ensuring that your return goods reach us. Therefore, write down the parcel's collie ID when you send it from your post office and ask for a receipt.

The return freight cost is automatically deducted from your refund amount. If you regret your purchase and want to return the entire order, you should contact customer service within 45 days after you have ordered the order, and inform that you want to cancel your purchase. In such cases, you will also be refunded the shipping cost you paid at the time of purchase. This only applies if you chose the cheapest delivery method when you made the purchase. The return freight cost must always be paid if you make a return, this also applies if you regret your purchase. If you have an unpaid invoice for your order, it is important that you yourself move the due date forward. You do this on Klarna.no, or by calling Klarna on 21 01 89 91.

Exchange a product

If you want to exchange your item for another size, color or model, you should return the item according to the instructions above and make a new order for the item you want. Once we have handled your return, you will get your money back, minus return freight. See above for return conditions and prices for return freight.

If you have used a discount code, volume discount or similar at the time of purchase, you must contact customer service to get compensation so you can order again.

14-day right of withdrawal

When you shop at LittleLuxury, you have the right to open and try your item. However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to hygiene products. A fee may be deducted from your refund if the item is returned in damaged condition. Read more about this below.

If you regret your purchase, you can return the item and get your money back. According to the Purchase Act, LittleLuxury offers a 14-day right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal applies from and including the day you receive your package.

Hygiene products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that cannot be resold for health or hygiene reasons. This includes for example breast pumps, formula machines, cosmetic products, underwear, etc. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products with limited shelf life and products classified as fresh produce. Exceptions are made for the return of nursing bras, where one has tried the bra with nursing pads.

When returning nursing bras, UV and swimwear, we ask you to return the item in its original packaging and in an unchanged condition. This means that the item must be unused, and any tags and seals must still be on. If the original packaging is damaged or destroyed, a decrease in value will occur, which is assessed from case to case.

Products in damaged condition

If the item has been used more than what is required to determine its properties and functions, we reserve the right to make a price deduction, corresponding to the loss of value that has occurred in connection with the handling of the item. The loss of value is assessed on a case-by-case basis. The item must therefore be returned in the condition it was in when it was received. If the item is not returned in an unchanged condition, you must immediately contact customer service, who will assess whether a return can be carried out. If the original packaging of the item is missing, a decrease in value will occur, which is assessed on a case-by-case basis. You have the opportunity to take advantage of this 60 days from the date of purchase.

365-day open purchase with unbroken packaging As a customer at LittleLuxury, you have a 365-day open purchase on items with unbroken sealing. The packaging should not be damaged or destroyed in any way. If items do not have a packaging but have been delivered loosely in a package, all marks, stickers, labels, etc. must still be on the item. The item should be returned in a completely unchanged condition, and must not have been used.

Complaint

LittleLuxury sells all goods with a 30-day warranty.

If you want to make a complaint about your item, contact our customer service. You will then be asked to send us a description of the item's defect, with clear photo evidence, so that we can assist you in the process.

The product warranty only covers original manufacturing defects, i.e., defects that existed on the item upon delivery. Manufacturing defects must be presented to, and confirmed by, LittleLuxury. Depending on the situation, you may be offered a free repair, a new item, or a discount on the original price. The product warranty does not apply if we cannot find the fault on the product, or if you yourself are the one who caused the damage.
